Thank you for your letter dated 25th January 2022. The Panel is grateful that you have accepted its request to defer the debate of the proposition to 29th March 2022 to allow for the continuation of the trial period for a further four months so that the one-year trial period as previously agreed by the States Assembly can be fulfilled.
The Panel is aware that you've noted within your letter to seek to provide the further data as a result of the continuation of the trial period to States' Members in advance of the debate of the proposition. For the purpose of clarity, the Panel seeks confirmation in relation to how the further data will be provided to the States' Assembly and whether a report in relation to the further four months of the trial period will be presented as an addendum to the proposition prior to the debate scheduled for 29th March 2022.
The Panel would appreciate if you could provide a response to confirm the above by Monday 14th February 2022.
