- To receive apologies for absence.
- To approve the minutes of the meeting held on 20th November 2023 and 23rd November 2023.
- To consider forthcoming business for debate by the States Assembly and to decide whether it wishes to comment on, or lodge an Amendment to, any of the Propositions.
- 10am – To meet the Chief Minister to discuss a permanent apology to survivors of the care system of the States of Jersey.
- To receive and consider a paper by the Deputy Greffier of the States regarding Child Rights Impact Assessments.
- To receive an update from the Deputy Greffier of the States on the recruitment exercise for Chair and Members of the Referendum Commission.
- To discuss remote participation and proxy voting following the briefing to all States Members held on 5th December 2023.
- To receive and consider a paper by the Principal Committee and Panel Officer regarding BBC radio broadcasts of States Assembly meetings.
- To discuss whether a screen could be provided in the States Chamber to show how many Members are left to speak.
- To discuss a letter received from Deputy Miles to the PPC Chair regarding Commissioner for Standards appendices.
- To receive an update on Sub-Committees.
- To note the Work Programme 2024.
- 12pm – To meet with Deputy Morel regarding a Commissioner for Standards report.
- To discuss Church Service for 2024.
