- To note the Minutes and Actions Lists of the Sub-Committees.
- 10.15 am to 10.45 am – To receive Ms. K. Wright, Independent Chair of the Violence against Women and Girls Taskforce, regarding a risk based exclusion policy for Members accused of violent and/or sexual offences.
- To consider a report in connexion with the Negotiating for Better Success in Politics' programme delivered by the Resolution Centre.
- To consider a report in connexion with a Members' survey on the Code of Conduct.
- To receive an update on the eligibility of States Members and election candidates to Disclosure and Barring Service checks.
- To receive an update on States Members' Social Security contributions.
- To note correspondence in connexion with the use of the States Building during the Assise d'Heritage.
- To approve amendments to Standing Orders 113 and 115 in connexion with the nomination process for Chief Minister outside of an ordinary election period, and in the instance of the death or permanent incapacity of the Chief Minister.
- To consider forthcoming business for debate by the States Assembly and to decide whether the Committee wishes to comment on, or lodge an Amendment to, any of the Propositions.
