Decision(s): Under Standing Order 168(3) the Minister for Treasury and Resources hereby notifies the States that he has accepted the recommendation of the Property Holdings Department to agree to the following –

Land transaction –

  1. LF09B, LF09C, LF09D, LF09E – the termination of the existing leases with Dave Warn Marine Ltd., Bill Keating Engineering Ltd., Fox Marine Services Ltd. and Bill Hibbs Marine Ltd. on completion of the new workshops at La Collette.
  2. LC25,  La Collette  (Unit 1) –  lease  to Bill  Keating  Marine  Engineering Limited for a term of 9 years with effect from 1st January 2010 or other such date agreed between the parties.
  3. LC26,  La Collette  (Unit 2) –  lease  to Dave  Warn  trading  as  Dave  Warn Marine for a term of 9 years with effect from 1st January 2010 or other such date agreed between the parties.
  4. LC27, La Collette (Unit 3) – lease to Bill Hibbs Marine Limited for a term of 9 years with effect from 1st January 2010 or other such date agreed between the parties.
  5. LC29, La Collette (Unit 5) – lease to Fox Marine Services Limited for a term of  15 years  with  effect  from  1st  January  2010  or other  such  date  agreed between the parties.
  6. LC30, La Collette (Unit 6) – lease to Precision Plastics (Jersey) Limited for a term of 15 years with effect from 1st January 2010 or other such date agreed between the parties.

The Minister hereby authorises the Director of Property Holdings to pass any contract which is required to be passed on behalf of the Public.

After the expiry of 15 days following presentation to the States the transaction may be concluded.
