Decision(s): Under Standing Order 168(3) the Minister for Treasury and Resources hereby notifies the States that he has accepted the recommendation of the Property Holdings Department to agree to the following

  1. L a nd transaction –

T h e leasing of an area of land at Les Cinq Chênes housing estate to the Jersey Electricity Company

Limited for a new electricity sub-station, including wayleaves for new cabling and distribution pillar, the lease being for a period of 99 years with a one-off rental payment of £990 payable upon passing contract, and with each party to meet their own fees in connection with formalising the lease before the Royal Court.

T h e Minister hereby authorises the Attorney General and the Greffier of the States to pass any contract

which is required to be passed on behalf of the Public.

A f te r the expiry of 15  days following presentation to the States the transaction may be concluded.

T h e transfer of ownership of a strip of land adjoining to the south of Clos du Bas private roadway to

Ingleby Private Hotel Ltd., owner of Ingleby Residential Home, the transfer being at nil cost, and with each party to be responsible for its own legal fees in passing contract before Royal Court.

T h e Minister hereby authorises the Attorney General and the Greffier of the States to pass any contract

which is required to be passed on behalf of the Public.
