2 REPORT

Decision(s): Under Standing Order 168(3) the Minister for Treasury and Resources hereby notifies the States that he has accepted the recommendation of the Property Holdings Department to agree to the following –

  1. Land transaction –
  1. V12Q (Unit in Fish Processing Warehouse) – The termination of the existing lease with the Jersey Fisherman's Association with effect from 31st March 2009. Lease to Southern Rock Fisheries Ltd. for a term of 4 years 3 months with effect from 1st April 2009.
  2. V12QQ  (Unit  in  Fish  Processing  Warehouse) –  Lease  to Mr. P. Channing  for  a  term  of  4 years  3 months  with  effect  from 1st April 2009.
  3. E12 Elizabeth Terminal Café – Lease to New Elizabethan Ltd. for a term of 5 years with effect from 1st January 2009.

The Minister hereby authorises the Director of Property Holdings to pass any contract which is required to be passed on behalf of the Public.

After the expiry of 15 days following presentation to the States the transaction may be concluded.

  1. Land transaction –
  1. Under the Assisted House Purchase Scheme, the sale by the Public of 2 Beauvoir Court, La Rue de Samarès, St. Clement , in consideration of  the  payment  of  the  outstanding  Assisted  House  Purchase  loan balance at the time of passing contract.
  2. To rescind MD-PH-2009-0019.

The Minister hereby authorises the Attorney General and the Greffier of the States to pass any contract which is required to be passed on behalf of the Public.

After the expiry of 15 days following presentation to the States the transaction may be concluded.
