REPORT

Decision(s): Under Standing Order 168(3) the Minister for Treasury and Resources hereby notifies the States that he has accepted the recommendation of the Property Holdings Department to agree to the following –

  1. Land transaction –
  1. To approve a 9-year lease from St. George's Church (in the name of The Dean,  The Very  Reverend  Robert  Key,  as  the  Ministre Desservant of  St. George's  Church,  and  Messrs  François
    1. Le Maistre and Peter H. Bracegirdle, Churchwardens) of Field 789, St. Ouen , the commencing rental being £175 per annum subject to 3-yearly rent reviews, and with each party to meet its own costs.
  2. To confirm  the above  decision after  giving  the  States  15 working days' notice of the transaction, and to cause the transaction to be completed.

After the expiry of 15 days following presentation to the States the transaction may be concluded.

  1. To acquire an area of land to the south-west of "Westlyn House" towards La Rue de la Pointe for the construction of a footpath.

In consideration of the land ceded and transferred, the Public shall pay the Owners reasonable legal fees incurred, together with any Goods and Services Tax which might be due thereon.

  1. To confirm  the above  decision after  giving  the  States  15 working days' notice of the transaction, and to cause the transaction to be completed.

After the expiry of 15 days following presentation to the States the transaction may be concluded.

  2. To confirm  the above  decision after  giving  the  States  15 working days' notice of the transaction, and to cause the transaction to be completed.

After the expiry of 15 days following presentation to the States the transaction may be concluded.
