  1. BLOCKS A, B AND C, LES QUENNEVAIS PARK, ST. BRELADE – TRANSFER TO FLYING FREEHOLD – BOUNDARY ARRANGEMENT WITH 191 LES QUENNEVAIS PARK;
  1. GARAGE 140, LES QUENNEVAIS PARK, ST. BRELADE – CONCLUSION OF SALE.

REPORT

Decision(s): Under Standing Order 168(3) the Minister for Treasury and Resources hereby notifies the States that he has accepted the recommendation of the Property Holdings Department to agree to the following –

  1. Land transaction –
  1. To approve  a  9 year  lease  of  Plémont  Café,  Plémont  Headland, St. Ouen .
  2. To confirm  the above  decision after  giving  the  States  15 working days' notice of the transaction, and to cause the transaction to be completed.

After the expiry of 15 days following presentation to the States the transaction may be concluded.

  1. Land transaction –
  1. To approve,  in connection  with  previous  decisions  MD-PH-2011- 0004/0016 (to transfer Blocks A, B and C, Les Quennevais Park to Flying Freehold) a contractual arrangement with the owner of 191 Les Quennevais Park, to resolve a defect in the boundary, the contract being at nil cost, but with the reasonable fees incurred by the owner of 191 Les Quennevais Park to be met by the Public.
  2. To confirm  the above  decision after  giving  the  States  15 working days' notice of the transaction, and to cause the transaction to be completed.

After the expiry of 15 days following presentation to the States the transaction may be concluded.
