2. V26 VICTORIA PIER – LEASE;
3. FIELDS 800, 800A AND 801, CLAREMONT ROAD, ST. SAVIOUR – LEASE;
4. PEVERELL, LA GRANDE ROUTE DE LA CÔTE (A4) – ACQUISITION OF PAVEMENT;
5. MAISON ST. LOUIS OBSERVATORY FLAT, HIGHLANDS LANE, ST. SAVIOUR – LEASE;
6. ST. MARY'S COUNTRY INN, LA RUE DES BUTTES, ST. MARY – ACQUISITION OF LAND.

REPORT

Decision(s): Under Standing Order 168(3) the Minister for Treasury and Resources hereby notifies the States that he has accepted the recommendation of the Property Holdings Department to agree to the following –

1. Land transaction –

1. To approve the leasing-in of the site of the Bonne Nuit Back Leading Light for a period of 9 years with effect from 1st January 2014.
2. To confirm  the above  decision after  giving  the  States  15 working days' notice of the transaction, and to cause the transaction to be completed.

After the expiry of 15 days following presentation to the States the transaction may be concluded.

2. Land transaction –

1. To approve the following –

V26 Victoria Pier – lease out for a term of 5 years with effect from 1st October 2013.

2. To confirm  the above  decision after  giving  the  States  15 working days' notice of the transaction, and to cause the transaction to be completed.

After the expiry of 15 days following presentation to the States the transaction may be concluded.

3. Land transaction –

1. To approve the leasing-out of Fields 800, 800A and 801, Claremont Road,   St. Saviour  for  a  period  of  3 years,  with  effect  from  24th December 2013.
2. To confirm  the above  decision after  giving  the  States  15 working days' notice of the transaction, and to cause the transaction to be completed.

After the expiry of 15 days following presentation to the States the transaction may be concluded.

4. Land transaction –

1. To acquire  2 sections  of pavement  and the  entrance  area  between them depending from the property "Peverell", La Grande Route de la Côte, St. Clement .
2. To confirm  the above  decision after  giving  the  States  15 working days' notice of the transaction, and to cause the transaction to be completed.

The Minister hereby authorises the Attorney General and the Greffier of the States to pass any contract which is required to be passed on behalf of the Public.

After the expiry of 15 days following presentation to the States the transaction may be concluded.

5. Land transaction –

1. To approve the leasing-out of Maison St. Louis Observatory Flat for a period of 3 years, with effect from 1st November 2013.
2. To confirm  the above  decision after  giving  the  States  15 working days' notice of the transaction, and to cause the transaction to be completed.

After the expiry of 15 days following presentation to the States the transaction may be concluded.

6. Land transaction –

1. To acquire  a  section  of  land  currently  within  the  curtilage  of St. Mary 's Country Inn, to provide a junction alignment improvement, visibility improvement and pedestrian footpath improvement.
2. To confirm  the above  decision after  giving  the  States  15 working days' notice of the transaction, and to cause the transaction to be completed.

After the expiry of 15 days following presentation to the States the transaction may be concluded.
