REPORT

Decision(s): Under Standing Order 168(3) the Minister for Treasury and Resources hereby notifies the States that he has accepted the recommendation of the Property Holdings Department to agree to the following –

  1. Land transaction –
  1. To sell to Strand Estates Limited an area of pavement measuring approximately  23 square metres  to the  east  of  Nos. 12,  14,  14a and 14b New Street and forming part of the main road "New Street", which area of pavement will be incorporated into Strand's approved redevelopment of 8–14 "New Street".
  2. To confirm  the above  decision after  giving  the  States  15 working days' notice of the transaction, and to cause the transaction to be completed.

After the expiry of 15 days following presentation to the States the transaction may be concluded.

  1. To enter into a 9 year lease for parts of Eagle House, Colomberie, with options for further rental units and freehold acquisition of the entire building.
  2. To confirm  the above  decision after  giving  the  States  15 working days' notice of the transaction, and to cause the transaction to be completed.

After the expiry of 15 days following presentation to the States the transaction may be concluded.

  1. To acquire,  from  Antler  Property  C.I.  Limited,  2 parcels  of  land adjacent  to the  development  known  as  La Plage  and  Clos  de Charrière, the first bordering the main road, "La Grande Route de la Côte" and measuring 202 square metres, and the second bordering Plat Douet Road and measuring 45 square metres, and both situated in the Parish of St. Clement .
  2. To confirm  in the  same  contract  the  boundaries  between  the development and the parcels of land.
  3. To confirm  the above  decision after  giving  the  States  15 working days' notice of the transaction, and to cause the transaction to be completed.

After the expiry of 15 days following presentation to the States the transaction may be concluded.
