REPORT
Decision(s): Under Standing Order 168(3) the Minister for Treasury and Resources hereby notifies the States that he has accepted the recommendation of the Property Holdings Department to agree to the following –
- Land transaction –
- To terminate the existing 9 year lease and grant a new 25 year lease to the existing tenant, under the terms and conditions set out in the accompanying report.
- To confirm the above decision after giving the States 15 working days' notice of the transaction, and to cause the transaction to be completed.
After the expiry of 15 days following presentation to the States the transaction may be concluded.

- To dispose of the freehold interest by gift of Le Catel Fort and the pathway by the Public of the Island to the National Trust for Jersey (the sitting tenant), as shown for identification purposes on the attached map (SD).

After the expiry of 15 days following presentation to the States the transaction may be concluded.

- To take ownership, from the Parish of St. Helier , of the section of Oxford Road co-extensive with the Millennium Town Park, as shown coloured green on the attached plan at Appendix 3 and measuring approximately 261.0 square metres.
- To transfer to the Parish 5 strips/parcels of land co-extensive with Gas Place and Oxford Road (part), as shown coloured red on the attached plan at Appendix 3 and measuring in total approximately 242.4 square metres:
both transfers being at nil cost, and with each party to meet their own costs in connection with the contractual arrangements.
- To confirm the above decision after giving the States 15 working days' notice of the transaction, and to cause the transaction to be completed.
After the expiry of 15 days following presentation to the States the transaction may be concluded.
