REPORT

Decision(s): Under Standing Order 168(3) the Minister for Treasury and Resources hereby notifies the States that he has accepted the recommendation of the Property Holdings Department to agree to the following –

  1. Land transaction –
  1. To approve the cession and transfer of a small area of land at Mourant Lodge, La Rue d'Asplet, Trinity by the Public to Les Vaux Housing Trust.
  2. To confirm the above decision after giving the States 15 working days' notice of the transaction, and to cause the transaction to be completed.

After the expiry of 15 days following presentation to the States the transaction may be concluded.

  1. To rescind both MD-PH-2014-0024 and MD-PH-2014-0041.
  2. To sell Old Mill House, St. Helier to the preferred bidder from the bids recently received in connection with the remarketing of the site, with each party to meet their own costs in passing contract.
  3. To confirm the above decision after giving the States 15 working days' notice of the transaction, and to cause the transaction to be completed.

After the expiry of 15 days following presentation to the States the transaction may be concluded.
