REPORT

Decision(s): Under Standing Order 168(3) the Minister for Treasury and Resources hereby notifies the States that he has accepted the recommendation of the Property Holdings Department to agree to the following –

  1. Land transaction –
  1. To lease out E26 Warehouse and Yard, Elizabeth Harbour, La Route du Port Elizabeth, St. Helier , for a term of 3 years with effect from 1st July 2013.
  2. To confirm  the above  decision after  giving  the  States  15 working days' notice of the transaction, and to cause the transaction to be completed.

After the expiry of 15 days following presentation to the States the transaction may be concluded.

  1. To approve  the  lease  of  land  at  the  new  Green  Street  Police Headquarters to Jersey Electricity Plc. for Substation No. 230, for a period of 99 years, and to agree rights in respect of a cable wayleave.
  2. To confirm  the above  decision after  giving  the  States  15 working days' notice of the transaction, and to cause the transaction to be completed.

After the expiry of 15 days following presentation to the States the transaction may be concluded.
