Land Transactions under Standing Order 168(3) –

REPORT

Decision(s):  Under  Standing  Order  168(3)  the  Minister  for  Infrastructure  hereby notifies the States that he has accepted the recommendation of the Property Holdings Department to agree to the following –

1. Land transaction –

1. To enter into a new 9-year lease of the White Hut, Le Port, La Grande Route des Mielles, St. Peter , with effect from 1st May 2017.
2. To confirm the above decision after giving the States 15 working days' notice of the transaction, and to cause the transaction to be completed.

The Minister hereby authorises, as applicable, the Attorney General and the Greffier of the States to pass any contract which is required to be passed on behalf of the Public; and the Director of Property Holdings to conclude any contract which is required to be concluded on behalf of the Public.

After the expiry of 15 days following presentation to the States the transaction may be concluded.

2. Land transaction –

To lease 12 Le Clos de l'Atlantique, Le Mont de la Pulente, St. Brelade , JE3 8HE,  for  a  period  of  5 years,  as  per  the  terms  set  out  in  the  report accompanying the Ministerial Decision.

The Minister hereby authorises, as applicable, the Attorney General and the Greffier of the States to pass any contract which is required to be passed on behalf of the Public; and the Director of Property Holdings to conclude any contract which is required to be concluded on behalf of the Public.

After the expiry of 15 days following presentation to the States the transaction may be concluded.
