Land Transactions Under 168(3) - Westmount Road St Helier acquisitions

REPORT

Decision(s):  Under  Standing  Order  168(3),  the Minister  for  Infrastructure  hereby notifies the States that he has accepted the recommendation of Jersey Property Holdings to agree to the following –

1. Land transaction –

To purchase L'Amyerie, Westmount Road, St Helier to facilitate the development of the new hospital within the site boundary set out in Appendix 1 of P.123/2020 Our Hospital Site Selection: Overdale.

The Minister hereby authorises, as applicable, the Attorney General and the Greffier of the States to pass any contract which is required to be passed on behalf of the Public; and the Director of Property Holdings to conclude any contract which is required to be concluded on behalf of the Public.

After the expiry of 15 days following presentation to the States the transaction may be concluded.

2. Land transaction –

To purchase Follyfield, Westmount House, Field 1550(S) and land to the north and east of Westmount House, Westmount Road, St Helier to facilitate the development of the new hospital within the site boundary set out in Appendix 1 of P.123/2020 Our Hospital Site Selection: Overdale.

The Minister hereby authorises, as applicable, the Attorney General and the Greffier of the States to pass any contract which is required to be passed on behalf of the Public; and the Director of Property Holdings to conclude any contract which is required to be concluded on behalf of the Public.

After the expiry of 15 days following presentation to the States the transaction may be concluded.

To purchase Berkeley Rise, Westmount Road, St Helier to facilitate the development of the new hospital within the site boundary set out in Appendix 1 of P.123/2020 Our Hospital Site Selection: Overdale.

The Minister hereby authorises, as applicable, the Attorney General and the Greffier of the States to pass any contract which is required to be passed on behalf of the Public; and the Director of Property Holdings to conclude any contract which is required to be concluded on behalf of the Public.

After the expiry of 15 days following presentation to the States the transaction may be concluded.

The Minister hereby authorises, as applicable, the Attorney General and the Greffier of the States to pass any contract which is required to be passed on behalf of the Public; and the Director of Property Holdings to conclude any contract which is required to be concluded on behalf of the Public.

After the expiry of 15 days following presentation to the States the transaction may be concluded.
