The Committee received a report of the States of Jersey Complaints Board in Board: connexion with a complaint by Mr. X. against the Minister for Education and the Complaint by States' Employment Board, regarding the way in which a referral to the Disclosure Mr. X. against and Barring Service was handled, following his dismissal from the Youth Service. the Minister
for Education The Committee recalled that, in accordance with Article 9(9) of the Administrative and the States' Decisions (Review) (Jersey) Law 1982, it was required to present the report to the Employment States in the Report series and that the Minister and the States' Employment Board Board. would have 2 months in which to respond to the findings of the Panel. 1386/2/1/22(3)
The Committee accordingly approved the report for presentation to the States and requested the Deputy Greffier to take the necessary action.
