Commissioner A1. The Committee, with reference to Minute No. A1 of 6th September 2021, received for Standards – the Annual Report of the Commissioner for Standards for the period from 1st September Annual Report. 2021 to 31st August 2022.

The Committee recalled that, in accordance with Article 12(2) of the Commissioner for Standards (Jersey) Law 2017, it was required to present the Commissioner's report to the States as soon as practicable. Accordingly, it approved the report for publication in the Reports series and requested the Principal Committee and Panel Officer to take the necessary action.
