One Gov Review – Request for Information

I am writing to formally request that your office supply the following information relating to the One Gov Panel's ongoing review of the One Gov project.

The Panel requests:

The amount spent on the One Gov Project to date

How much money is allocated for One Gov implementation, split by:

- Financial year, and

- Work stream

The source of money for One Gov expenditure

Original target operating models as first presented to the Council of Ministers and current models, along with any associated papers to show what consultation or meetings have influenced changes

Transition team reports

The job description, terms of engagement or equivalent, given to the Chief Executive Officer and Directors-General

The business case for the One Gov project as a whole

The business case for each Target Operating Model

Any briefing papers or similar provided to ministers or the political oversight group

I appreciate that this is a large amount of information and I thank you in advance for the prompt delivery of this information to aid the scrutiny process. Please provide this information to the Panel by Thursday 6th June.
