To receive an update from the C&AG in respect of the audit plan for 2024 and recently published reports

  1. To note key themes arising from submissions received to date
  2. To  note  information  provided  by  the  C&AG  in  relation  to  previous recommendations relevant to procurement  
  3. To note information provided by Jersey Chamber of Commerce in relation to a survey of users of the Government of Jersey Procurement process

  2. To note a draft question plan for the public hearing on 20th November 2024 with the Chief Officer for Customer and Local Services and to agree any changes
