  1. Public Hearings – Handling and Learning from Complaints Review
  1. To receive Officials from Health and Community Services for at 1:00pm for a public hearing in respect of the Handling and Learning from Complaints Review
  2. To receive Chief Officer and Officials from Infrastructure and Environment at 2:00pm for a public hearing in respect of the Handling and Learning from Complaints Review
  1. Briefing – Commercial Services

To receive Officers from Commercial Services at 3:00pm for a private briefing in relation to the tender process

COMPTROLLER AND AUDITOR GENERAL REPORTS

  1. Comptroller and Auditor General Update

To receive an update from the C&AG in respect of the audit plan for 2024 and recently published reports

To note and discuss a response from the CEO in respect of the Executive Response to the CAG report Critical Infrastructure Resilience and agree any further actions

To note the publication of the C&AG report and to note that the Executive Response is due on Thursday 16th January 2025

  2. To note Letter received on 28 November from the CEO in relation to the review
  3. To discuss and agree proposed correspondence with the third sector in order to gather views on its experience of the Government of Jersey Procurement system
