I think we shouldnt pay for Policing. For the amount of Police that came over and only 4-6 arrests were made.. I do see the good side of having more Police over but not for the customer to pay for it.....the cost of the tickets for 2007 was a disgrace for the actual bands that were playing. Then additional costs for coaches up and the hassle of queuing up till late in order to get home. If you decide to introduce a 2 day event you guys should take a leaf from Guernsey in introduce camping if u wanna sell more tickets.

If its more hassle to do so them fair enough.

If people know what their getting their monies worth when going to a festival then people would pay more to see more bands, not to see more police. Festvials make a happy atmosphere and you will find people are not there to cause trouble but to have fun and enjoy themselves...in any ways imaginable. If people know they are paying for more Police then tensions will flare, people wont feel like they can relax etc.....i know a few people who got arrested last year just from flicking a ciggie bud...its crazy. Jersey Police need to know how to react in serious situations and not just arrest people coz theyve been standing around for 6 hours and want something to do..............

no ones gonna be happy either way the bill is paid, but i feel the customer should deserve to pay the right price for what they are getting...

Hope this helps Brizza
