My apologies for delay in Jersey Sea Cadet response, caused primarily by my being out of Island on a few occasions over last 10 days.
I can be brief and state that as a Unit, we have an excellent relationship with the Ports of Jersey who have always been very supportive of our activities and without whose generosity towards us, we would have even greater difficulty in functioning effectively.
We have had opportunity to meet with key figures at Ports over matters pertaining to the Sea Cadets and we are quite content with both the proposals being put forward and with the anticipated continuance of support for our Unit by Ports personnel.
