Terms of reference
To review the policing of beaches and parks, to include consideration of the following:
- Promotion of public awareness with regard to littering and drinking in public spaces.
- Enforcement and policing of anti-social and littering laws and regulations.
- The consumption of alcohol in public spaces.
- To examine any further issues relating to the topic that may arise in the course of the Scrutiny Review and which the Panel considers relevant.
