About
The Trackers Apprentice Programme was commenced in 2012 and offers islanders over 16yrs old apprenticeships from 18 months to 4 or 5 years in duration dependant on the trade or profession.
Terms of reference
1. That points of principle and detail within Trackers Apprentice Programme meet the requirements of the Island by:
i. Comparing the programme alongside the Strategic Plan
ii. Confirming the benefits of the programme for those enrolled within it and those attempting to obtain an apprenticeship.
iii. Establishing that the programme adds value to the community
2. To consider the funding model for the programme.
i. To establish the ‘weighting’ for funding being applied by the Minister for ESC.
ii. To establish if there is a need, scope or support for additional funding.
3. The Panel will present its findings to the States of Jersey.
