THE STATES, having been informed that the relevant scrutiny panel had indicated that it did not wish to scrutinise the draft legislation, commenced consideration of Regulations 1 to 20 and, adopting an amendment of the Minister for Health and Social Services (P.84/2021 Amd.), agreed that, after Regulation 3, there should be inserted –
"4 Royal Court (Jersey) Law 1948 amended
In Article 5(8) of the Royal Court (Jersey) Law 1948 for "on 31st October 2021" there is substituted "at the end of 30th April 2022"."
and that the subsequent Regulations should be re-numbered accordingly.
