2024  P.51 Amd.(7) Com.

COMMENTS Ministers accept this Amendment from Deputy Doublet .

In line with the overall fiscal policy agreed by Ministers in developing the 2025 Budget, the Minister for Social Security agreed to a reduction in the previous growth bid in respect of the expansion of the Connect Me project, whilst retaining over £300,000 in the 2025 budget.

Deputy Doublet 's Amendment seeks to increase the budget for this programme for 2026. The funding in question is used to provide small grants to local organisations providing a wide range of arts, heritage, cultural and physical activities.
