Nationality Acts: Extension to Jersey P.55/2024

Social Security Medical Appeal Tribunal: Appointment of Members P.57/2024

THE STATES commenced consideration of a proposition of the Minister for Social Security entitled Social Security Medical Appeal Tribunal: Appointment of Members' (P.57/2024) and, adopting an amendment of the Minister for Social Security (P.57/2024), agreed that, after the words "Dr. Omer Zubair", there would be inserted the words ", Dr. Lucy Fleur Baudains,".

THE STATES, adopting the proposition of the Minister for Social Security, as amended, agreed, in accordance with Article 34 of the Social Security (Jersey) Law 1974, and further to a process overseen by the Jersey Appointments Commission, to appoint Dr. Omer Zubair, Dr. Lucy Fleur Baudains and Dr. Nauman Jadoon, Medical Practitioners, as members of the Social Security Medical Appeal Tribunal, for a term of 5 years.
