The effect of this Order is to bring a car park in the Parish of Trinity , known as the Parc de la Petite Falaise, within the regime which regulates public parking places. The Parc de la Petite Falaise is made subject to 2 restrictions, namely that the maximum permitted stay is 12 hours in any continuous 24 hour period, and that no commercial vehicles over 15 feet in length may park there without the written permission of the controlling body, in this case the parochial authority.
The Order was made on 23rd November 2018 and came into force on 30th November 2018.
